Excellent stay at a hotel in a good location.
Good location, clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well maintained even though it was an old building. Recently refurbished and the staircase and our room was renovated to a high standard. It was close to the ferries, metro, restaurants and shops.

Easy access to the port.
It is near to the port.
The room had no air conditioning, although it was very clean, a suite with a terrace, it was recently painted and the smell was there. Didn’t wanted to ask the staff to resolve the AC issue because it was only for 1 night and we leave early. 11 euros for a bottle of water.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff with very clean room and nice breakfast, beware the taxi company the hotel uses!
The hotels location is perfect especially if you’re getting the ferry from Sorrento, the check in guy was brilliant he took a long time showing us maps of Naples where he recommended places to visit and where to eat. The hotel is very clean and the room and bathroom spotless. The room was a good size and was quiet, there was no noise from other guests or rooms. The view wasn’t great as we looked into a courtyard it was quite dark but we were not spending any real time in the room so it didn’t matter. The breakfast the next morning was great with a nice selection of food with friendly servers. It was also great value for money, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a great location, helpful staff and a clean nice room!
The only criticism I would have is about the taxi company that the hotel uses. On getting there we were told there is an arrangement with the hotel and taxi company that guests get a 25€ flat rate fee to the airport we confirmed this again the morning of our departure however when we arrived at the airport the driver doubled the charge and we had to argue before eventually he went back to 25€ after I suggested we call the hotel. This is not the hotels fault but just something I think guests should be aware of if they find themselves in a similar situation.
